Scope excluded

• Building or migrating the warehouse itself
• Ongoing 24/7 support retainers (available separately after handover)
• Purchase of third-party BI licenses

Provider & process

Query Engine Hub consultants lead discovery in Kuala Lumpur, then build with your technical contact. You approve scope contracts before lanes go live. Duration depends on warehouse complexity; most commissions land between six and ten weeks.

Preparation

Share sample queries leadership already trusts, a list of analysts by role, and read-only access for discovery. Name one product owner who can decide lane boundaries within three business days.

Constraints

We work with SQL-friendly warehouses and common BI export paths. If your stack is heavily proprietary with no query surface, we will say so in discovery and propose a chart-pack engagement instead.

Pricing basis

Quoted from RM 28,000 for a single business domain (for example commercial or supply). Multi-domain workbenches are scoped after discovery.
