Income and capacity pack review

Capacity is the part of a Malaysian credit file that most often looks complete while remaining untested. Payslips without year-to-date, commission letters without a history, SSM packs without a bridge to bank credits, and ‘spouse income’ that is named but not evidenced — these are financial-audit questions, not data-entry questions.

We take a sample of files and rebuild the income and commitment picture from the exhibits. We compare that picture with what was written on the application and, where you provide it, with what was keyed for scoring. We flag constructions that a later reader could not reproduce.

Where your policy already states a method (average of three months, haircut on variable pay, add-back rules for directors), we test against that method. Where the policy is silent, we say so, because silence is how optimistic files pass.
