Product policy alignment reading

A product programme is a promise about who may apply, for what, with which papers. Files drift. Purpose codes wander. Tenors stretch. Documentation waivers accumulate without being named as waivers. This engagement reads a sample against the programme text you supply — the credit policy, product paper, or operations manual — and records alignment and drift.

We stay inside the file and the policy. We do not rewrite the programme. Where the policy and the operations checklist disagree, we record the disagreement, because originators cannot satisfy two masters and scoring inputs will follow whichever sheet is closer to the desk.

Lenders use this reading before a policy refresh, after a new product launch, or when preparing an explanation of origination standards for a reviewer who was not in the room when the programme was written.
